Managing the process of mailing clients paper-based assessments can cause you logistical problems as well as add additional time and cost to your clients’ projects. Within minutes you can set up clients and invite them to complete the assessment(s) you select or create a Consignment Link™ hyperlink to send to large groups or advertise your services.
If you work with larger groups or within large corporations, you have the ability to create as many groups and sub-groups as needed (similar to the folders on your hard drive) to better reflect the structure of your client list. You can use the Client Map feature to quickly view your entire client list and the Active Inventory feature to easily see who has or has not completed assessments. You can also use your account as a contact management database by adding detailed client information (address, date of birth, phone, notes) to the Client Record.
If you are an independent consultant or coach, we have developed built-in features that can help you grow your business. The Consignment Link™ hyperlink allows you to administer assessments to current, potential, or unknown clients (click-through clients from your online advertising) without any expense. We’ve added the ability to create notes at the client and group levels so you can remember specifics about certain clients and accounts related to the assessments.

Your account on the 16types.com® Pro System must be registered in the name of a qualified individual who will be responsible for the use of the testing materials. 16types.com® allows the use of the 16types.com® Pro System only to qualified professional users. Guidelines are established by 16types.com® and its partners and modified from the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing.
